Do I need to monitor the water level?

What happens if I forget to water?

Many plants can go 5–6 weeks, especially in cooler spots. Still, we recommend monthly refills for best results.

What if I accidentally add too much water?

No problem. We have a drainhole at the back of the pot.

Will refilling the pot disturb my plant?

Not at all. Pour water gently near the edge or use a bottle with a spout. No need to remove the plant.

What’s the best way to clean it?

Wipe with a damp cloth or rinse gently. You can flush the reservoir every few months if needed.
